What's New...
  1. KB Home expected to return to Bayshore Commons.  Our builder is considering a return to Bayshore, possibly sooner rather than later.
  2. Parking is no longer permitted in vacant community lots. Parking in lots, fields, or the street is now prohibited and being enforced with towing. Also please remember to never park on someone's private property without their permission.  Time to clean-out the garage!
  3. Interested in reserving the clubhouse? Check the Downloads page for the form required form.  A $200 deposit is required. It's our clubhouse so please feel free to use it.
Our Top Two Issues

Storm Drains

After a recent incident, we need to spread the word on what to do if anyone ever notices water back-flowing up and out of manhole covers in the streets of the community.  FGUA has a lift station located on the corner of Coon Rd and Donald Rd.  That lift station fails once in a while (signaled with a visible flashing red light on top of the pump) causing storm water and wastewater to back up into our streets.  If noticed please call FGUA at 239.543.1005 IMMEDIATELY.  It is an emergency.

Street/Lawn Parking

With support from residents, the board will continuing to tow vehicles parked in the street, landscaped areas, and the undeveloped fields. After one warning a vehicle will be towed if it is not appropriately parked.

All vehicles should be parked in either your garage or driveway. Any vehicles that will not fit will temporarily be allowed to park in any non-lanscaped areas.
